Space.  In order to make room for delivery, set-up, and usability, there needs to be additional space around the unit.  If you are going to use a standard 20’ storage container, you will need at least 75’ of clearance.  If you will be using the larger 40’ storage containers, you will need at least 100’ of clearance.  When in doubt, as your storage container dealer or vendor to help make sure your site is acceptable.
