What is a mobile office lease, anyway?

A lease is an agreement between the lessor (the owner of the mobile office that is being leased) and the lessee (the person or company to whom the lease is given), giving the lessee exclusive possession of the mobile office trailer for a fixed period of time in exchange for money (which is most often paid monthly). 

Some mobile office vendors offer a lease-to-purchase option that discounts the purchasing price of the mobile office trailer at the end of the lease.
